Change Grow Live provide mental health support for young people aged 10-17 yrs living in Cardiff and the Vale of Galmorgan including group work and one-to-one counselling. 

Parents support and top tips with some real-life stories, videos and blogs for parents of under 5’s 

Relate Cymru offer children and young people’s counselling as well as couples and family therapy (charges apply but there may be a reduction for those on low income)
