Off The Record. Parent and carer group once a week in Yate First Wednesday of every month. For anyone looking after a teenager who is struggling with their mental health. Relaxed and informal, just drop in.
TIC (Teens in Crisis) provides face-to-face and online counselling services across Gloucestershire for young people aged 9-21 and their families. They also have some top tips including tips for staying safe online, how to talk to your doctor about mental health and more.
