South Gloucestershire Talking Therapies: free support for people aged 16 and over . Call them, or self-refer via the website by completing a registration form or booking directly on to one of the courses. 

TIC (Teens in Crisis) provides face-to-face and online counselling services across Gloucestershire for young people aged 9-21 and their families. They also have some top tips including help for staying safe online, how to talk to your doctor about mental health and more.

Bourne Family Project in Kingswood offer counselling and play therapy for children from the age of 3-14years (contribution required)and many sessions offer a free creche. Adult counselling is also on offer. 

South Gloucestershire Parents and Carer’s Association have a downloadable guides for parents and carers of children 0-25 years with additional needs and a transition into adult care guide.If you live in South Glos you can also access local information and low -cost counselling.

Breakthrough Mentoring is a scheme for vulnerable young people , helping them build resilience and develop their potential. Schools can refer directly using PP funding or parents can pay themselves.
