  • South Gloucestershire Talking Therapies: free support for people aged 16 and over . Call them, or self-refer via the website by completing a registration form or booking directly on to one of the courses.
  • TIC (Teens in Crisis) provides face-to-face and online counselling services across Gloucestershire for young people aged 9-21 and their families. They also have some top tips including help for staying safe online, how to talk to your doctor about mental health and more.
  • Bourne Family Project in Kingswood offer counselling and play therapy for children from the age of 3-14years (contribution required)and many sessions offer a free creche. Adult counselling is also on offer.
  • South Gloucestershire Parents and Carer’s Association have a downloadable guides for parents and carers of children 0-25 years with additional needs and a transition into adult care guide.If you live in South Glos you can also access local information and low -cost counselling.
  • Creative Youth Network offer support for children and young people with mental health difficulties from the age of 5-18 years . Click on the link above for the referral form.
