Best websites and online support

Looking for help online can be difficult and it often takes a lot of searching to find something useful. We’ve done all the hard work and found some of the best websites for you. No fake news, no influencers, no hidden agenda; just reliable information and support.

Find helplines, chat support, read real-life stories and advice from other young people who have struggled with their mental health or with family and relationship problems.

There are many more great websites if you’re looking for something more specific, for example, self-harm, eating disorders or bullying – just look in the topic section to find them.
